I'm super excited to have recently commenced an 8-week 'Mindful Mondays' program with Brain Injury SA clients, which has been a tremendous success!
Mindful Mondays is an inclusive and wheelchair-friendly yoga & mindfulness meditation program. The sessions focus on creating mind and body awareness through somatic movement, and pranayama (breathing) and finish with a soothing, memorable Savasana relaxation session.
Sharing the life-changing tools of mindfulness meditation and yoga learned throughout my experience of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with people living with brain injury is both a privilege and a dream come true!
